If you change your mind:
If, within 14 days of receiving your item you change your mind, just let us know and we can issue you with a RMA number and address.
You will then have 14 days to send the item back to us.
Once received we will process a refund back on to the payment method used within 7 days.
If the product arrives damaged / defective :
Please let us know ASAP if the item arrives damaged, as we would like to get a replacement out to you as soon as possible. You can also return the item for a refund if you would prefer. You have up to 30 days to let us know.
